How can I upgrade my membership?
Membership upgrades are handled manually.
If you would like access to a higher tier:
- contact via Discord
- provide your Discord ID
- include your Heaxia username
This allows direct communication and avoids account confusion.

There is no automated payment or upgrade button at this time.
Why do I need to use my Discord ID when signing up?
Discord is used as a secondary identity for:
- support
- access changes
- password recovery
- membership clarification
Using your Discord ID makes it easier to:
- recognize members
- resolve issues quickly
- avoid impersonation or lost accounts
How long will locked posts remain locked?
It depends on the content.
Some posts:
- unlock after a period of time
- are released publicly once stable
Others:
- remain restricted indefinitely
- are shared only with specific tiers
There is no fixed schedule.
Unlocking is intentional, not automatic.
Can locked content become free later?
Yes — often.
Heaxia follows a “draft → refine → release” model.
What is gated today may be public later.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Password resets are handled manually.
If you lose access:
- Contact via Discord
- A temporary password will be issued
- You can change it after logging in
